- Online pre-field intensive: June 9–25, 2027.
- Field and remote research period: June 26–August 8, 2027.
Application Deadlines
- $500 early tuition discount deadline: March 1, 2027.
- Principal Investigator deadline: April 1, 2027.
- Research Associate and other applicants deadline: May 10, 2027.
Tuition Options
- Full (6 weeks) in-field participation tuition: $5,750.
- Flexible (3 weeks) in-field participation tuition: approximately $5,250.
- Remote researcher participation tuition: $4,250.​Â
- Required $500 deposit within one week of acceptance to the program. ​​
Estimated Personal Budget
Estimated personal budget for six weeks: $2,000.
Airfare is additional and not included in tuition or the estimated personal budget.

For a six-week field period, we recommend having approximately $2,000 USD available for personal expenses. Individual spending varies considerably according to eating habits, transportation, recreation, and travel choices.

The following examples are intended only to give students a general sense of everyday costs on Isla Mujeres.

Policies
Program payments follow a strict schedule as outlined in participant materials. Withdrawal timelines are specific to program start dates; refunds are limited and subject to the Field School's established program policies. Â

Family members and friends are not welcome to stay at student lodging during the course.
​
The Field School is an independent learning exercise and it is suggested visitors travel to the island after the student's academic course is fully complete.
